Smart Home by the Sea: Apartment on iRidi

Object: Club house apartments
Area: ~100 m²
Integrator: UmiHome company

Initially, the task was quite simple: to control warm floors and air conditioning remotely to have a comfortable climate in the apartment for the arrival of owners.

However, the project expanded significantly. It got transformed into a fully-functional smart home system, based  on equipment and electrical installation by iRidi.

What was realized:

  • lighting control with scenes;
  • climate control: air conditioning and ventilation;
  • warm floors with remote control;
  • leak protection system;
  • monitoring of resource consumption with data sent to the management company.

Subsequently, more comfort features were added:

  • control of curtains and blinds;
  • integration of plumbing fixtures;
  • voice control (including turning on the TV-set);
  • multimedia: stereo pair and built-in acoustics in the children’s room;
  • solutions for pets.

Special attention was paid to aesthetics: sensors (including fire detectors) are neatly integrated into the ceiling and do not spoil the interior.

As a result, the project turned into a complete automation system, covering all key comfort and control zones of the apartment.
