Luxury Apartment on iRidi
DAT project is a 250-m²-apartment in a super-luxury residential complex. The interior features natural materials – marble, wood, premium textile.
The task was to integrate smart home technologies and to make them completely invisible, to preserve the interior aesthetics, while significantly enhancing the owners’ comfort.
Company: Smart Future
The center of the project is iRidi i3 Pro. It is used to create a unique control for the client. The interface features a simple and intuitive menu, clear zoning by rooms and scenes, and a centralized control of climate, lighting, curtains, power outlets, and security. The interface is functional. Besides, it totally agrees with the style of the apartment.
Realized scenes:
- Bathroom: Warm floor and a heated marble shower seat are scheduled. Lighting is activated by motion sensors. Brightness and color temperature of light changes depending on the time of day from bright morning light to subtle night lighting.
- Kitchen and living room biodynamic lighting with preset scenes such as “Day”, ”Cooking”, and “Evening” is realized with DALI lights. The scenes also include automated control of blinds.
- Bedroom: The “Cinema” scene is activated with a single touch. It closes blinds, turns on TV, switches off the main light and turns on soft lighting, keeping the interior clear.
Global scenarios:
- “Turn All Off” — switches off light in the entire apartment.
- “Sleep” — turns off lights and closes blinds in a selected zone (for example, the boy’s room, which includes the bathroom, hallway, and bedroom as a single zone).
- “Turn All On” — turns on ambient lighting at a comfortable brightness level.
