How Smart Home Enhances Interior
A 223-square-meter apartment in the “Bereg” residential complex, done by “Volt Service” company.
What was important to the client?
The client wanted minimal involvement in home control and maximum comfort. This means the system shouldn’t “entertain with technology,” but rather work on its own – quietly, correctly and invisibly.
What was implemented in the project?
- 33 lighting groups and dimmable light – multi-level scenarios to emphasize the interior.
- 102 DALI lights – precise control of brightness and color temperature.
- Ventilation + air conditioning + 7 floor heating circuits – full climate control.
- Control of blinds and Venetian blinds – synchronization with light and climate.
- Leakage sensors – protection of interior and materials.
- Multiroom and video surveillance – only required devices on the walls.
All functions are integrated into a single control solution based on the Bus77 Integration Server. It means that a client has clear walls and several convenient control points, including Touch Panel P8.

The client only sets a desired temperature and CO₂ level. The system itself decides what to control – ventilation, air conditioning or floor heating.
