It happens for reasons unknown to us. We&#8217;ve already contacted Apple technical support for the fastest possible solution to the problem.<\/p>\n<p><b>DO NOT DELETE i2 Control App from iOS devices!<\/b> We have blocked download from AppStore till the situation clears up. If you delete the app, you won&#8217;t be able to download it again.<\/p>\n<p>We have already added exta deactivation attempts to all commercial Device licenses in My Account section of our web-site for you to deactivate licenses for new HWID.<\/p>\n<p><b>How to Deactivate Device License in My Account<\/b>:<\/p>\n<p>Enter <a href=\"\/my-account\/my-licenses\/\">My Licenses section<\/a> of My Account. You will see two figures In the Deactivate column &#8211; <b>1\/2<\/b>, it means that <b>1<\/b> of the <b>2<\/b> available deactivation attempt is used.<\/p>\n<p class=\"desk\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"1.png\" src=\"https:\/\/iridiummobile.net\/upload\/medialibrary\/867\/86769ef1825debfba43b117f7205d939.png\" alt=\"1.png\" width=\"637\" height=\"233\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"desk\" style=\"text-align: left;\">To upload new licenses to your customers&#8217; devices we recommend:<br \/>\n1. Connect to one of the user&#8217;s PC via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.ru\/search?newwindow=1&amp;safe=off&amp;q=TeamViewer&amp;spell=1&amp;sa=X&amp;ved=0CBkQvwUoAGoVChMI8su8lY-IxgIVAwFzCh0cGQCO\">TeamViewer<\/a>.<br \/>\n2. <a href=\"\/download\/software\/\">Download and install<\/a> on the user&#8217;s PC iRidium for Windows software package. It includes Transfer and i2Control:<\/p>\n<p class=\"desk\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"2.png\" src=\"https:\/\/iridiummobile.net\/upload\/medialibrary\/1f1\/1f12ae1b39d15ecea5f8813e616af3a8.png\" alt=\"2.png\" width=\"623\" height=\"462\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"desk\" style=\"text-align: left;\">3. Find the user&#8217;s devices in Transfer and copy new HWID.<br \/>\n4. Generate a new license on the basis of the new HWID.<br \/>\n5. Upload to Transfer the user&#8217;s project and the new license, update the project.<\/p>\n<p><b>If the user is out and can&#8217;t give you access to PC<\/b>, you can use the following instruction::<br \/>\n1. Ask the user to enter the system menu of i2\u0421ontrol V2.2 (it can be done with a long press on any space free of buttons) and enter the password &#8211; 2007.<br \/>\n2. Then to choose \u201cInfo\u201d tab in the system menu and make a screenshot of the page with a new HWID. On iOS devices screenshots are made with a short simultaneous press of 2 buttons Power and Home.<br \/>\n3. Send the screenshot to your e-mail.<br \/>\n4. Then you generate a license for the new HWID and using a URL scheme send to the user&#8217;s e-mail a link for automatic download of the project with a new license.
